How do you price a move?
We give a flat, all-in quote based on your move size, distance and date. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden fees and no surprise upcharges on move day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Moving Man Inc. is a licensed and insured motor carrier, US DOT 3764697 and US MC 1341637. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
How far in advance should I book?
A week or two is ideal for the date you want, but we keep room for last-minute and same-week moves. We are reachable 24/7/365.
Do you pack for me?
We offer full or partial packing, bring all the materials, and can unpack you on the other end. You can also pack yourself and have us do the heavy lifting.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Rockville, MD and cover the whole DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia) plus the East Coast corridor for long-distance moves.
Do you move pianos, art and antiques?
Yes. Our specialty crews handle pianos, fine art, antiques and other high-value items, with custom crating when it is needed.
